Dr. Christian Turbide is a highly respected gastroenterologist with advanced international training and decades of experience in digestive and internal medicine.

He completed his Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology training at McGill University, followed by specialized training in gallstone disease and endoscopic ultrasound in France. He currently practices gastroenterology at Foothills Medical Centre and teaches future physicians at the University of Calgary Medical School.

Dr. Turbide has served as President of the Alberta Society of Gastroenterology and as an examiner for both the Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology exams at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
