JERMS Workshop: Gut Health & the Workplace
Join JERMS for a free lunchtime workshop where our resident nutritionist, Danielle Clifton, will share her top tips and exercises for maintaining optimal gut health at work.
We all know that the workplace can be a source of stress, but did you know that our gut bacteria can affect mental health conditions like anxiety and depression? In fact, 90% of serotonin—the "feel-good" hormone—is produced in our gut!
Join us at the relaxing WorkingFrom venue in Southwark, a co-working space by the Hoxton Hotel with stunning views of the London skyline.
Enjoy delicious food from Pollen + Grace as we explore the science behind the gut-brain connection, offer practical advice for meal prepping and finding gut-friendly lunch options on the go, and share simple exercises you can do at your desk to improve gut health.
