The Women's Guiding Star Cycle Show workshop - learning about my body's secret language is a 4-hour workshop created originally for young women 9-12 years old.

We invite you to return your mind to the time just as you were experiencing your first period and to experience the Cycle Show for the very first time as a woman!
Cost is $35 per woman 16 years old or better. Registration is Open for Adults (Parents, Administrators, Teachers, Potential Cycle Show Instructors or College - Age Adults)
**This workshop is required for all Instructor Trainees unless they have previously attended a girl's Cycle Show Workshop that was led by a Certified Instructor
