Over five sessions, you'll learn practical strategies to:
- Strengthen family relationships
- Improve communication
- Set clear expectations and healthy boundaries
- Handle conflict in positive ways
- Help your child avoid risky behaviors
- Hold effective family meetings
The fourth session is a special family night. Parents and youth ages 9 and older attend together to learn and practice skills for handling peer pressure and making healthy choices.
