Guided Mindful Outdoor Experience

This on-trail experience guided by Stephanie Hudson, invites you into a deeper, more vibrant connection with yourself and the land. Unlike a typical hike or walk, this experience offers space to slow down and cultivate a more intimate relationship with your body, your mind, and the living Earth around us.
Through facilitated breathing and gentle movement, you’ll awaken a unique quality of awareness—one that helps attune to the present moment and receive the wisdom of nature with greater clarity and care. We’ll then begin walking at the pace of the natural world, rather than the rush of the human one. This allows the body to access the restorative health benefits of rhythm, presence, and ease. You’ll also be guided through a period of silent, seated meditation, followed by a brief opportunity to reflect and share any insights from the experience as a closing community circle.
No previous meditation or hiking experience is necessary. All humans ages 16 and older are welcome. While we love dogs, we ask that they remain at home. The event will take place rain or shine unless dangerous weather conditions require cancellation. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, we will begin in the parking lot promptly at 8:00 AM. Registration is required.
