Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, beginning March 12th, for a guided chanting meditation. Chanting is a useful meditation tool for those who have trouble focusing. Chants will be led by Rev. Ric Beattie and Adarsa Antares. Lyrics will be provided. Everyone is welcome.
