Calling all families in need of school supply help, this is for you!
Join us for Operation Backpack: Backpacks 4 You by Volunteers of America Michigan at the Detroit Zoo, a one-day-only giveaway for families with children who could use a little extra support this school year.
Every registered child will receive:
- A brand-new backpack filled with school supplies
- TWO FREE TICKETS to the Detroit Zoo (good for any day for a full year!)
Please note:
✔️ You must pick up your backpack in person at the Detroit Zoo on August 13 between 10 AM and 4 PM
✔️ Tickets are only handed out with backpack pickup
✔️ Zoo entry is good for up to a year
✔️ Backpacks are for children currently living in your household. ✔️ One backpack per child.
✔️ No group or walk-up registrations. For group inquiries, email [email protected].
