Join us for a transformative afternoon of breathwork and connection.This experience is for anyone who is interested in:

Guided breathwork is a potent tool for emotional regulation and release. While each experience is unique, common benefits are mental clarity, reduced stress and anxiety, trauma healing, inner peace, and enhanced breathing capability.
This journey will use 'circular breathing'. While slowly building in intensity throughout the session, there are no pauses or breath holds in between inhales and exhales. The breath moves in this constant circular motion, helping breathers to enter into a meditative or transcendental state.
First, we will drop into circle to share, be seen, and practice vulnerability. Next, you'll embark on an hour-long breathwork journey to meet what lies beneath the surface of your busy mind. Then, a short sound bath as you slowly come back into your body and mind after the breathing. Lastly, you’ll be held in a connection circle to deepen your experience, witness, and be witnessed.
This journey will be led by Wes Carlson (improv musician, breathwork guide, and connection facilitator) and Layne Watts (artist, energy worker, and vulnerability coach) in a warm, safe, and playful environment.
Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided.
Bring a journal, a water bottle, any additional cozy items for extra comfort, and a desire for deep connection.
