This will be a hands on class where you will learn to make a classic round loaf of sourdough from start to finish! You will go home with a healthy, organic starter, a recipe card, and an organic loaf of dough to bake. You will also receive a $10 credit to enjoy some delicious treats and/or drinks from ChaCha's Hiland Bakery!The class fee is $40. Spots are limited for this class!
You will only need to bring a large mixing bowl and clean kitchen towel to class. The rest of the supplies will be provided. Please be sure you have a Dutch oven at home to bake your bread afterwards, but you do not need to bring it to class. I also highly encourage that you have a digital kitchen scale for successful baking in the future.
