About this Event
Yeeeeeeee-Haw! We're tasting through Chef Nick's version of a saloon at The Kitchen!
Chef be working through different dishes and techniques while you get to eat, drink, and enjoy - Themed dress is highly encouraged! Saddle up for a good time!
Here's what we're eating:
- Chunky Cowboy-Style Salsa
- "Bowl of Red" (Buffalo chili)
- Chuck Wagon Beans (seasoned Pinto Beans with ham & chilis)
- Salted Pork (Pork Belly)
- Hardtacks (Buttermilk Biscuits)
- Texas Sheet Cake (rich chocolate cake with Pecans)
Here's what we're sipping:
- "Bug Juice" (booze, firewater, whiskey)
- Whiskey
- Stone Fence (rye whiskey, angostura bitters, medium-dry apple cider)
- Beer
- Hard Cider
- Ranch Water (tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, sparkling water)
BYOB if you would like something other than what Chef is sampling.
This class is a chef’s presentation dinner, so Chef Nick will do the cooking, you do the eating. Enjoy this up close and personal dinner with our Chef! Please let us know if you would like to be seated with guests under a different name.
