Session Details: Leaders are used to taking charge and making things happen. But when they experience a loss of a loved one (or other profound losses) how does that impact them? No one goes through life without some sort of loss. We all experience grief at some point and some of us have profound losses that are completely shattering. So, what is it like to lead while grieving?
