About Growing Health
Growing Health teaches the basics of home gardening, highlights the health benefits of seasonal produce, and shows participants how to prepare healthy, delicious recipes using what they grow through a fun, hands-on experience.
No yard? No problem. Participants will learn how to grow healthy food at any scale, from in-ground gardens to raised beds to containers.
Offered year-round to align with seasonal growing cycles, Growing Health helps participants make the most of fresh, homegrown produce in every season.
🤝 This program is supported by a grant from the Clemson Extension Rural Health and Nutrition Growing Health Program.
