Tibetan mantras are ancient chants used for centuries to open the heart, balance energy, and awaken inner peace. When combined with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and bells, these sounds help to:

🎶 What to expect:
You’ll lie down comfortably while Attila surrounds you with the healing vibrations of Tibetan instruments. His 26+ years of experience with Tibetan Buddhist meditation and mantra chanting create a powerful atmosphere for transformation.
As the sounds and mantras flow through the room, you may feel yourself entering a state of profound calm, clarity, and connectedness.

• Duration: 1-hour sound bath + sharing
• Small group setting (maximum 6 participants) for a personal, intimate experience
• All mats, blankets, and pillows provided — just bring yourself
