Group Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath - Balboa Park

Whether your goal is to have a stronger connection for prayer, deepen your meditative state, or to relax the body and mind, this Singing Bowl Group Sound Bath might be the perfect fit for you! Join Sound Bath Facilitator Peggy Mundell, CMT for an afternoon of restorative sound.
Doors will open at 2:40pm and will lock promptly at 3:00pm. Body mats are provided - no need to bring a yoga mat to this locaton! Bring a sheet to cover the mat, a pillow for your neck and/or behind your knees, and a light blanket if you'd like. A suggested donation of $25 is accepted on site (cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted).
The location is Cabin #2 at the Girl Scout Camp in Balboa Park. The entrance is off Richmond Street (just South of Upas) and we will have the entrance/Cabin#2 sign on Richmond marked with balloons. There is plenty of parking at the cabin.
