Group Breathwork with Khrystyna & Txana
A Group Breathwork Journey with Live Icaros Music
What happens when you slow down, quiet the outside noise, and give yourself permission to reconnect with yourself?
Join Khrystyna Goodman and Txana Seberūa for an evening of guided breathwork, live ceremonial music, and self-discovery.
✨ What to Expect
Khrystyna Goodman is an Ayurvedic lifestyle coach passionate about embodiment, nature, and ancient wisdom. She will guide you through a group breathwork journey, helping you connect with your breath, body, and inner world.
Txana Seberūa is an Indigenous ceremonial practitioner and musician who shares traditional songs and prayers connected to the Amazon rainforest. He will accompany the experience with live Icaros — ceremonial songs and prayers rooted in Indigenous traditions.
Through intentional breathing, body awareness, and live music, you'll have space to slow down, explore your inner experience, and step away from the demands of everyday life.
No previous experience is necessary. Come as you are, breathe, listen, and remain open to what unfolds.
