Come and Ride with us! All women welcome, mostly traffic free 11 mile loop along cycle paths, parks and the canal!
Join us for an 11 mile group ride along the Super Cycle Highway, across Jubilee Campus Park, to Wollaton where we will stop at the picnic area where there's a cafe and icecream van. We'll then ride around the Lake at Highfields park before joining the canal back to the train station.

MEETING POINT: Nottingham Train Station, opposite Tesco on the pedestrian walkway entrance to the station. Here is a link to google maps and see the photo below. We'll be meeting from 9.45am ready to ride promptly at 10am.
We welcome women of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, we ride at the pace of the slowest rider, stop for breaks whenever you want and promise you will never be alone at the back! One of us will lead, and another will stay at the back so we stick together as a group.
You'll be in safe hands. This ride will be led by qualified ride leaders and professional mechanics who love cycling. Before and during the ride we will be sharing all the tips and tricks to get the most out of cycling.
You won't need anything fancy, just a bike that rides and comfortable weather-appropriate clothing and some enthusiasm for cycling!
Note this ride is for self-identifying women who are Nottingham City Residents.
This session is organised by Women in Tandem, a Community Interest Company based in Nottingham that aims to support and empower women to ride bikes. It is part of our Travel Well project in partnership with Nottingham City Council and funded by Active Travel England. All attendees will need to complete a registration survey for our funders. You can sace time completing it before the ride (click here) to save time or you can complete it on one of our devices after the ride.
