Join us at Flora for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you reset, release, and realign as we move into a new season.

This intimate two-hour experience begins with a powerful breathwork workshop led by Asia Bilsky. Through guided breathing techniques, you’ll gently clear emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive space.

You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation with Terri Gale Hypnosis. Terri will lead you through a soothing, immersive journey designed to quiet the mind, restore balance, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.

We’ll close the evening with a group oracle card pull session, offering collective insight and intuitive reflection to carry with you beyond the night.

This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, pillow, journal).
