Our Medicine is a holistic wellness experience created for staff to support workplace wellness rooted in the understanding that mindset, movement, food, and balance are powerful forms of medicine. Through the lens of Indigenous Wellness and drawing from Indigenous teachings, human development principles, and Yoga philosophy, this program by Firehorse Consulting supports individuals in addressing inflammation, restoring balance, and reconnecting to self through practical, daily routines.This immersive experience emphasizes workplace wellness as a returning to self—honouring the physical body, emotional balance, and personal responsibility for health. Participants engage in experiential learning that blends education, movement, reflection, and community dialogue, all designed to help you ignite your potential.
