Join instructor Nekky Bee for a gentle, welcoming stretch class designed to improve flexibility, release tension and help you move with greater ease—regardless of your fitness level.
Whether you're navigating menopause, recovering from illness or injury, or simply looking for a kinder way to exercise, this class offers a supportive, judgement-free space where everyone is welcome.

One marketing suggestion: I would remove all mention of "older adults", "menopause" and "recovery" from the title and opening paragraph. Those groups should certainly feel welcome, but leading with them can unintentionally discourage younger adults (30–50) who would also benefit.
Instead, market it as a class for everyone, then mention those groups under "Ideal for". That broadens your audience without excluding the people you're specifically trying to support.
