Kick start your weekend on Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM for a unique fitness experience in the iconic Alexandra and Ainsworth Estate.

Join us at our outdoor exercise session: Brutalist Bootcamp.

Increase your fitness levels and boost your endorphins through a mix of cardio, strength training, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Utlilising HIIT, circuits, and gamified drills, the session is suitable for all abilities from the hardcore fitness fanatics to those starting or getting back to fitness.

Challenge yourself and have fun working out in an iconic urban setting featured in multiple movies, TV shows, and music videos.
