Grief walk - Wendover Woods, Buckinghamshire

Join and for a supportive grief walk through the beautiful Wendover Woods in Buckinghamshire. It’s a chance to connect with others, and find comfort in nature. If want to be around others who understand, this walk is for you. Lace up your shoes and join us. If you fancy a cuppa after the walk, feel free to stay and chat afterwards.

Cost: £5.00 (+ booking fee) which will go towards any costs involved in running the walk and to Cruse Bereavement Support charity.

What to bring: Water; Snacks; Weather-appropriate clothing e.g. sunhat & suncream / waterproof; Supportive footwear suitable for walking, with a good; Any Medic*tion you require.

Meeting point: Exact location will be shared prior to the walk.

Parking: Large onsite car park accepting card payments upon exit.

Toilets: Available onsite.

• A Participant Agreement will be sent following the booking (via email) - this will need to be returned prior to the walk.
• Please note that the Hosts do not hold Mountain Leader qualifications, and participation is therefore at your own discretion and risk.
• The Grief Walk is a social walking event intended to provide a supportive environment for people experiencing grief. It is not a therapy session, counselling service, medical treatment or crisis intervention.
• If and when appropriate, the Hosts may wish to take some photos on the walk - if you prefer not to appear in any photos, please inform them at the time - or before the walk begins. Please do not take photos of others without their consent.
