Take part in a gentle, engaging exercise session led by a qualified physiotherapist. Each class is carefully tailored to support people with Parkinson’s, helping to improve: Mobility, Balance, Strength & Confidence. All exercises are guided in a safe and supportive environment.
☕ Relax & Connect. While the session takes place, caregivers, family members, and loved ones are invited to unwind with, Complimentary tea, coffee, and cake
