Join us Sunday February 1, 9:00 am in Klein’s greenhouses for a Gentle Morning Yoga class. This class is open to everyone, even if you’re brand new to yoga! All are welcome! With attendance you will receive a FREE GIFT: an adorable Mini Succulent to take home with you. We sure hope you’ll join us for a lovely morning of Yoga surrounded by Nature’s Goodness.Rachel is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a life practitioner of yogic philosophy. She enjoys teaching Hatha yoga, Yin, Restorative, Chair yoga, and Vinyasa flows, all through a therapeutic lens. Her students learn to listen to their unique bodies and use their prana - or life force - to guide them into the movements that feel best for them. She emphasizes safe alignment and a strong foundation to ensure the asanas are practiced safely and everyone has fun on their mat! Outside of teaching, Rachel loves tending to her house plants and pets, gardening, painting, and spending time in nature. Everyday, she aims to spread the fact that yoga is truly for everyone!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your spot and settle into the space. Dress in layers as the greenhouse fluctuates in temperature depending on the weather. Bring your own mat, water bottle, props if you’d like them.
