Join us Saturday January 24, 2026 8:00 am for Greenhouse Yoga with Cass Hanson For over a decade, Cass Hanson has been teaching vinyasa-style classes that shift seasonally. They blend two of Cass’ cornerstone concepts. Expand (the inhale): The ability to shift energy, intentions and dreams. Connect (the exhale): Staying rooted and connected to yourself. When in class, she guides you to expand energy and live lighter, while staying connected to the body. Off the mat, Cass is lifelong Madisonian. She loves being outdoors and lives a simple life with her family not far from Klein’s. This 60-minute flow yoga class will help you clear away stress with reminders to simplify and strengthen. Through movements accessible to all, this class will celebrate time inside Klein's greenhouse. We'll soak up light, find our roots and breathe deeply.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your spot and settle into the space. Dress in layers as the greenhouse fluctuates in temperature depending on the weather. Bring your own mat, water bottle, props if you'd like them.
