Join Barre District Madison for a full body barre workout aimed to build strength, core stability, flexibility and balance. We have adapted our traditional barre class to the mat and utilize body weight exercises throughout class. EveryBODY is welcome, no experience needed. Come have some fun, soak up the warmth of the greenhouse and leave feeling energized!
With attendance you will receive a FREE GIFT: an adorable Mini Succulent to take home with you. We sure hope you'll join us for a lovely morning of Yoga surrounded by Nature's Goodness.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your spot and settle into the space. Dress in layers as the greenhouse fluctuates in temperature depending on the weather. Bring your own mat, water bottle, props if you'd like them.
