Yoga with Puppies - May 2nd

We are so excited to invite you to our Yoga with Puppies event held at Fred Astaire Dance Studio - Madison West! This one-hour session is going to be filled with fun, relaxation, and of course, adorable puppies.

You’re welcome to participate in the yoga for some light exercise or simply sit back on your mat and enjoy all the puppy cuddles and playtime. Either way, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience!

This 60-minute journey includes a 40-minute flow yoga class followed by a 20-minute chill period with bottomless mimosas—all while a litter of adorable puppies roams the studio for cuddles and playtime. Whether you're a yoga lover, a puppy lover, or both, this is the perfect experience!

The puppies who join us come from various local rescues and ethical family breeders.
