Green Wellbeing Opportunities Fair

A drop in information sharing event celebrating and bringing together local nature groups and organisations. This is a chance for everyone to learn about the brilliant and vibrant voluntary opportunities in nature and green based activity that can have a real beneficial effect on our mental and physical wellbeing.

These free drop in events may include:

• Information about green social prescribing activities and volunteer opportunities available in southeast.
• Northumberland for you to take away.
• An introduction to green social prescribing and and benefits of nature for health.
• Short activities that may include guided mindful walks, green activities and nature craft activities.
• Discussions around the barriers to accessing green social prescribing activities and pathways for service users.
• Hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and healthy snacks.
• An opportunity to network.
