WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK:
Transformational Breathwork is focused on physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through specific rhythmic breathing patterns. This practice helps participants release stored emotions, leading to release, clarity, and personal growth. The benefits include reduced stress, increased energy, improved mind-body connection, and a deeper sense of spiritual awareness.
Transformational Breathwork can lead to significant shifts in how you perceive yourself and your relationship with the world.
You will be lying down for the duration of the session.
THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING WITH YOU:
- Wear Comfy clothes
- A blanket if the weather is colder
- A boulster or pillow for under your knees if desired
- Eye masks will be provided but if you prefer to bring your own please do so
- Journal/Pen to write down any insights or reflections after the session
- Water/something to drink
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Photography & videography may be taken during this session, if you are not comfortable with this please let me know ahead of the session.
Maximum of 15 partipants per session
CONTRAINDICATIONS - A BREATHWORK SESSION MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy. A person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support. People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis: This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.
You will be asked to sign a liability waiver ahead of the session.
