Divine Golden Light Meditation, Breathwork and a Gong soundbath. Sunday 3rd November, Urban Angel Centres, 19 Lansdowne Terrace, Gosforth NE3 1HP. 11.30am - 2.00pm. Opening and clearing the space for the workshop. Relaxing into this workshop with oracle cards. The visual elements pair beautifully with the immersive soundscape, and the breathwork and meditation aspects make the whole journey deeply transformative. The combination of sacred geometric patterns, kaleidoscopic colors projected onto opalescent voiles, and the deep vibrations of a Gong bath creates such a rich, multi-sensory experience. A space where inner and outer worlds merge, where participants can align their minds and bodies in a beautiful flow of light, sound, and breath. We are using the Energy Field camera to capture the before and after scans of stress and energy for each person's energy field. Beginning with a breathwork session to bring about a calm and relaxed state of being present, focusing on our breath and not our chattering mind, which leads to a guided meditation, tap into the subconscious and connect deeply with your own intentions, a great way to center oneself and visualize goals for manifestation. Finally, finishing with a beautiful gong sound bath to create the perfect finale to this practice.
