Finding Your Light In The Dark Workshop

During the afternoon, we will be doing some gentle flowing dance working with fluid, water like - movement to allow us to process and release emotion and then call in our own power and light. We will also be doing some journaling and a water release ceremony as well as the ancient healing practice of qigong and some beautiful relaxation and meditation.

Oracle cards and one to one attention will also be given during the course of the afternoon.

You will be welcomed into the space with a warm drink and a snack and a light lunch will be provided.

Park in the st marys carpark and walk over to the lighthouse visitors centre situated next to the lighthouse itself.
