Begin and end the month in the vibration of gratitude.
These 75-minute sound meditations are designed to help you ground, soften, and realign with the rhythm of the season. November’s energy invites reflection and appreciation — a perfect time to pause, breathe, and receive.

You will be guided through gentle breathwork and deep relaxation as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over the body. Each tone carries intention, using specific frequencies that support emotional balance, release physical tension, and open the heart.

Expect a quiet, nurturing space where you can:
• Let the nervous system settle and the mind slow down
• Reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and self-compassion
• Reflect on what has bloomed and what can be released
• Cultivate gratitude as a felt experience rather than a thought

You may attend one or both sessions — November 1 to set the tone for the month ahead, and November 30 to close the season in reflection.

Bring your favorite mat or blanket, a pillow for comfort, and an open heart. No yoga or meditation experience is required.
