EmpowHer: Rise & Radiate!

A Saturday morning short Chakra-focused meditation, followed by a 45-minute sound bath, created as a sacred space for ALL women — a gentle invitation to rest, reconnect, and rise into your light!

Held in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and grounded in soulful intention, this session nurtures self-love, self-acceptance, and inner peace. Here, you are encouraged to release judgment, find power within, and be your TRUE self — no pressure, only presence.

Here you are seen, you are safe, you are sacred! (You are also pretty bad-a**!)

Let this be your weekly reset — a spiritual and hearty embrace that replenishes your energy and reminds you of your worth. Step into your weekend with clarity, confidence, and radiant intention — empowered to create, feel, and boldly be yourself!

This is a LGBTQIA SAFE SPACE!

Yoga mats, bolsters, light blankets, and eye masks will be provided. You may wish to bring a heavier blanket or a pillow if you like. Bathrooms are available on the premises, and I recommend their use before the session begins. Water, tea, and coffee are available, however, you can bring your non-alcoholic refreshments of choice. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax and recharge!

Parking is free and located behind the building. Follow the signboard down the covered corridor to the last door on the right. The door will say, "Let's Be Curious".
