Yoga mats, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided. You may wish to bring a blanket in the event you become chilled. Bathrooms are available on premises and we recommend their use before the session begins. Water is available; however, you are welcome to bring your non-alcoholic refreshments of choice. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to relax! :)
