Want a healthier spin on Goth Night?
Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of New Wave, Dark Wave + Post-Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!
This will be all levels class held nextdoor to Long Live Beerworks in PVD ! May through September. Classes may be held outside in the shaded courtyard if weather is nice, not too hot, no rain.
We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Boy Harsher and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
