Join Crystal of Health Goth Yoga for an all-levels Vinyasa Flow to the sounds of new wave, darkwave, and post-punk.
low through a curated playlist featuring Joy Division, Sisters of Mercy, Lebanon Hanover, and more.
We'll start slow, build some heat, stretch it out, and finish with a blissful corpse pose. Bring a yoga mat, no other props needed. Email me for a free rental mat. After class, stay for a drink and mingle with the community of like-minded yoga misits.
