This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

You can bring whatever helps you feel warm, cosy, and supported while lying down.

Most guests bring: a yoga mat or soft surface to lie on blankets and pillows for comfort and warmth, an eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended), a water bottle to stay hydrated

Each instrument carries its own healing quality:

In our sessions I`m using different types of gongs . Gongs "Vento"20inch and "Ukrainian Heart " 36inch – Deep, layered cosmic vibrations that support emotional release and transformation. Gong frequencies are known for their ability to “shake loose” stagnant energy and promote a feeling of renewal. The sound waves can encourage the body to soften tightness, improve relaxation of muscles, and support physical ease.

In sound healing, the F note is primarily associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the fourth energetic center located at the center of the chest. It is considered a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, focusing on emotional balance and connection.

Gong "Vento" 18 inch tuned to the third eye chakra note A.

In sound healing, the A note is primarily associated with the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), the sixth energetic center located between the eyebrows. It is considered the gateway to intuition, inner wisdom, and higher consciousness.

It is believed to clear energetic blockages in the mind, fostering heightened awareness and clarity of perception. The vibrations are thought to deepen one’s connection to inner guidance and "inner vision," helping with indecision or a lack of direction.

All tickets include a 60-minute guided sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.
