Wellness Innovation Evening: Light-Based Wellbeing Technology

After a full first evening in April, we’re delighted to be back at Dolly’s Vintage Tea Rooms for another relaxed Wellness Innovation Evening.

This friendly local event is for anyone curious about natural wellbeing, self-care & a different approach to supporting the body in a gentle, non-invasive way.

During the evening, guests will be introduced to light-based wellness technology & how it is being used as part of a modern approach to wellbeing.

This is not a nutrition, supplement or fitness event — it’s a relaxed opportunity to discover something different in the world of wellbeing, ask questions & enjoy a relaxed evening in a welcoming local setting.

The evening begins at 7:00pm, but doors open from 6:30pm so you can arrive early, get settled & enjoy tea, refreshments, cake & relaxed conversation before we start.

Refreshments & cakes will be available to purchase from Dolly’s, who have kindly welcomed us back into their beautiful Tea Room.

There will also be time afterwards to mingle, chat & ask questions.
