Goodbye Garbage: LA River Cleanup

Looking for a great way to give back to the Los Angeles community? Join LA River Expeditions in the Sepulveda Basin recreation zone for a day of community, conservation, and cleaning up!

Volunteers will have the option to stay on dry land or choose to hop in a kayak (on a limited, first come, first-served basis). For the best chance of snagging a kayak, arrive early or bring your own if you have one!

All cleanup supplies (gloves, trash bags & tools) will be provided, but feel free to bring your own gloves and trash pickers. Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear close-toed shoes & sunscreen. Hats & bug spray are also encouraged.

All ages welcome!
