Good Grief: Yoga For Release 2

Join HealingWithPrincess (LPC and 200 Hour CYT) and Shawnay (200 Hour RYT) for an intentional and rejuvenating yoga session designed to honor the intricaties of something we all face in life: grief. Whether you're mourning a recent loss or a distant one, whether the dead or the living, this is the place for you to process whom or what you are letting go. This workshop includes a Yoga Practice, soothing Sound Bath, Meditation, and more! This in-person event will take place on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 beginning 2:00 PM at the Groove Studio LLC on 1300 S 50th St Phila, Pa. This workshop is beginner friendly.
