A DVI Community Sit with Jamie Roberts

Join DVI Steering Committee member, Jamie Roberts for an afternoon of practice and discussion via this hybird Community Event, hosted by Delaware Valley Insight. This will be a hybrid event, i.e. you can elect to attend either in-person, at the Summit Presbyterian Church, 6757 Greene St, Philadelphia, PA 19119, or online via Zoom. Jamie will be in person at the Summit Presbyterian Church.

This program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators — all are welcome.

Facilitator Bio

Jamie Roberts, M.Ed., teaches mindfulness to adults, teens and children. She is an MBSR instructor at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness and a teacher with the School District of Philadelphia. Jamie has completed comprehensive MBSR teacher training at Jefferson's Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness and is a Mindful Schools Certified Instructor. Her work includes teaching mindfulness to teachers, teens and children living in high stress environments. Jamie is honored to serve on Delaware Valley Insight’s board of directors.
