We’ll explore how seasonal fruit & veg can be used in lots of ways to make delicious, nutritious, low cost meals. Discover the rainbow of colours available in May & June and how these can boost your health, help your pocket and support the planet.

You’ll cook together as a group, share a tasty lunch, and pick up practical tips for making everyday meals nourishing, tasty and cost‑conscious.

We'll be hosting a quiz all about seasonal produce with a prize for the winner!
