End your weekend by surrendering into deep rest and stillness.In this extended Sunday Reset, you’ll lie comfortably in śavāsana (corpse pose) as you are guided into the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra — often called yogic sleep. Here, the body drifts into profound rest while the mind remains softly aware, exploring the quiet space between waking and dreaming. Many experience this state as deeply replenishing, often compared to 3–4 hours of sleep.
The journey is woven with the resonant vibrations of the gong, its powerful waves of sound grounding you and gently guiding the nervous system back into balance — releasing tension and inviting a natural return to rest and restore.
