Enjoy a deep journey of self-healing, breathwork & chakra balancing with the powerful sounds of gongs and crystal bowls inside the beautiful Cabaret Cave😀🎵
Set inside the underground caves of the beautiful Yanchep National Park, you will travel on a deep journey of self-healing and chakra balancing 🧘‍♀️ with the powerful sounds of gongs and crystal bowls.
During this 2-hour event, Kohra and Andrew will expertly facilitate a meditation and soundscape that will allow you to release what no longer serves and embrace your inner power in the most beautiful of journeys✨ We begin with whole body shaking to tribal music to release any stress, flooding your body with positive energy & a sense of freedom.
Your sound journey then begins with harmonizing breathwork, followed by a chakra balance meditation accompanied with the healing sounds of 19 crystal singing bowls attuned to your chakras. The vibration of the bowls will entrain you from a beta state of awareness to a deep meditative theta state, creating a deep sense of inner calm.
You will then be immersed with the sounds of 10 Symphonic and Planet tuned Gongs. The layers and overtones of the gongs will vibrate every cell of your body, relaxing muscles, releasing emotions, bringing your body back into a deep state of relaxation and clearing your auric field of any unwanted or old energy that no longer serves you. Mentally and emotionally the sound of the Gong helps to quieten the mind, physically releasing tension and blocks, stimulating the glandular, nervous and circulation systems as well as breaking up emotional blockages.
The healing sounds of ocean drum, rain stick, monochord & koshi chimes will also be woven into the soundscape to entrain you into a deep relaxation. When you awake, you will feel refreshed, calm, revitalized & energized💚😀

KOHRA HILDEBRAND from VIBRANT-HEALTH is a Sound Healing, Breathwork & Meditation facilitator passionate about creating immersive experiences that support deep relaxation, balance, and inner connection. Combining symphonic gongs, drum, crystal singing bowls, chimes, breathwork, and meditation, Kohra guides participants into states of stillness, renewal, and transformation through the healing power of sound and vibration. Since 2017, Kohra has facilitated events at unique venues including Yanchep Cabaret Cave, Perth Observatory, and the Quarry Amphitheatre. With qualifications in Sound Healing, Breathwork Facilitation, Kinesiology, and Vibro-Acoustic Therapy, her vision is to create spaces where people can reconnect, restore, and deeply rest. ANDREW & SERVANE COX from TREEMENDUS HEALTH : Andrew and Servane formed their wellness company Treemendus Health in 2018 as a reaction to long, successful and stressful careers in the corporate arena. Andrew is a double diploma practitioner and the West Australian teacher and trainer for the international Sound Healing Academy. He is a Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia, a Trauma-informed Breathwork practitioner, Life Coach, Kinesiologist, Keynote Speaker and Financial Adviser of 25 years. Servane holds a diploma in Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy, is a solo harpist and teacher trainer for the international Sound Healing Academy. She also has a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Practitioner with a keen interest in cognitive and metabolic health.
