Gong Bath / Meditation Sound Healing Events London

Gong Bath - Sound Healing - Gong Meditation with Medicinal Tea, refreshments, and discussions.

We hold regular sound healing gong bath events at the church venue, every two weeks, on Fridays. Book through Eventbrite or £20 cash at the door, we have 30 places per session only.

Join us for an evening of a beautiful sound journey, where you'll travel through your inner landscape. A performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to relax, de-stress, and heal mentally & physically.

We will provide guided meditation and sound healing that includes the Gongs, singing bowls, and the flute. We offer herbal medicinal teas and snacks after the sound healing session, all in a comfortable and intimate surroundings, to socialise and discuss spiritual values and ideas.

Mark & Paul Cummings are Gong performers who work together to bring you a sonorous experience. The virtue of two people playing the gongs allows for a binaural experience that extends one's consciousness.

Our audience has described their experiences as Mystical, Cosmic, Ethereal, Unworldly, Dreamlike, Ancestral, Healing, Time-travelling and Profound.

We also offer guided meditation practices that support self-healing and inner balance. Each session concludes with group sharing and gentle guidance to enhance personal well-being and integration. These gatherings create a nurturing space for reflection, connection, and growth.
