It is suitable for all age groups and almost anyone can particiapte. I host sound baths for everyone from Parents & babies to Corporate organisations. Whether you have been to a sound bath before or this is your first experience come along and wrap yourself in the sound of the Gong.
Location
The Little Escape Studio is located opposite Sainsbury's in Crystal Palace (Westow St)in a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking available in the Sainsbury's car park.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event to get yourself settled - latecomers cannot be admitted.
