I warmly invite you to join the sonic celebration of this relaxing Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation, rest, and healing through releasing of old emotions, blockages, patterns whilst gently bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong.

The frequency of the Earth is grounding, healing, nourishing and comforting, it rebalances our body and energies so that we thrive in our endeavours, grow through our challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings.

Taking place in a beautiful and nurturing space of Golders Green Unitarians Chapel this event is a local gem, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing.

Organised by Kasia Marzec - a shamanic energy and sound healing practitioner.

Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend:

Pregnant women in their first or third trimester.

Hearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions.

Metal implants / Pacemaker.

Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the sessioin - these will be provided.
