Gentle Beginner Yoga

Classes are for absolute beginners as well as those who wish to return to the practice. Come join me for a one hour beginner class for all abilities each Monday evening in a welcoming, beautiful space amongst a friendly open hearted group and I will guide you through the foundations of breathwork, poses, deep relaxation, the multitude of benefits and bust some of the myths surrounding the practice. Poses are fully adaptable as every body is different! Yoga isn’t about flexibility of the body it’s flexibility of the mind!
