We will Align with our highest purpose and effortlessly be guided by the powerful vibrations of our Jupiter Gong (and other instruments too) and the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra into the bliss of being.

Letting go of the busyness of the week and setting peacful intentions for the weekend ahead. We will shift from thinking and doing to receiving and feeling and bring conscious awareness to the dimension of peace.
