Golden Hour Yoga, Tea and Nibbles
Join us for a complimentary Gatherings by Sheraton experience at Sheraton Melbourne.
This gathering is in partnership with Here Unfolds Magic (HUM), a local social wellness club. HUM is all about flipping the script on traditional wellness, making self-care fun, accessible and filled with the kinds of real moments that make you feel alive.
We will be hosting two complimentary sessions:
Sunrise Session | Saturday, 14th of November, 8:00am
Sunset Session | Saturday, 28th of November, 4:00pm
Set against the backdrop of Melbourne's golden hour, our Golden Hour Yoga, Tea and Nibbles gathering invites the community to our rooftop to slow down, move mindfully and make meaningful connections. Whether you're joining us for our morning or afternoon session, the experience begins with a guided yoga session led by HUM, followed by a social gathering featuring refreshing iced tea, light nibbles and the opportunity to connect overlooking the city skyline.
Designed to bring people together through movement, conversation and community, this unique rooftop experience is the perfect way to unwind, meet like-minded people and embrace the magic of golden hour above Melbourne.
Yoga mats will be provided.
