Whether you're looking to simply try something new, unwind and stretch, create space for reflection, or find a sense of community, this circle welcomes you. Come as you are and leave feeling more balanced, creative, and connected.

There is always room for more collaboration so feel free to get in touch if you have any ideas or anything you would like to contribute to this circle or the next.
- Take a mat and any props you would like to practice with such as a bolster, cushion, rolled up blanket, blocks or books - whatever works for you
- Let us know if you need a mat or block - there will be plenty of spares to borrow
- Bring plenty of layers and a blanket for relaxation
- No previous yoga experience necessary
- Open to anyone who would like to connect with the feminine energy within all of us
- Please let us know if you are experiencing any barriers to coming along
- Walk-ins and cash payments welcome
- Parking at Dores Village Hall is limited so please consider car sharing if possible
